And finally, a couple things about Joss Whedon:
From the Joss Whedon panel: Whedon just finished writing “The horror film to end all horror films — literally” with fellow “Buffy”/”Angel” alumnus Drew Goddard. It’s called “Cabin in the Woods.”
Drew Goddard started as an aspiring TV writer who was a huge fan of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and got his dream job when he was hired to the writing staff. His commentaries on the DVDs are great because you can tell he just really loves the stories and everything behind “Buffy.” He’s also the guy who wrote the new J.J. Abrams “Cloverfield” project.
Also, Joss Whedon will probably be doing a “Ripper” movie for BBC continuing the story of Buffy’s watcher, Rupert Giles.
